It was built to provide an online list of resources available to those who find themselves homeless, so that they may access all the important information, in one convenient place.

Because more and more Homeless people are using the internet in public free libraries, & open computer labs,  to search for help and information which may help lighten their loads, we felt that BALTIMORE HOMELESS was a well overdue  necessity.  Besides saving them countless hours of legwork to find out about those programs available to them, it is our hope that we can show them new resources that they may not have previously known existed, which will help them along their journey to becoming once again productive members of our society.

Although this venture is being undertaken by Two lone individuals, both of which are currently homeless, we hope this site will grow, to receive the support of the community, and become a tool that greatly benefits the homeless individual, as well as those groups and government agencies that offer their help to the homeless.

As you view this site today, please keep in mind that statistics say that almost 42% of Americans are 2 paychecks away from being homeless themselves, and Homelessness is a situation that any individual may one day find themselves in, but it is a situation that has a solution, if only we all work together toward that solution.
